What is the process of booking a stay?

A guest can start by exploring properties and choose one that aligns with their travel plans. All locations are pet friendly homes and made more convenient with self check-in. Once you’ve found what you’re looking for, you can read past guest reviews to help guide your decision. All are located downtown minutes from restaurants, bars, and activities for families. Once you have booked you will receive more specific check in and check out instructions.

SOHO Ventures has continuously stayed informed on the latest information regarding COVID 19. Our highest priority is the health and safety of our guests and employees. We have increased cleaning protocols to meet CDC and other health organizations’ safety standards.
We have done this by integrating more detailed cleaning practices to ensure all contact areas are thoroughly cleaned and other initiatives are taken to continue serving our guests.

What amenities are provided for a more comfortable stay?

All houses have in-unit laundry, TV, wifi, Iron, and hair dryer. Each kitchen is equipped with a full size refrigerator, stove, microwave, toaster, and silverware as well as baking and cooking utensils. Properties also include private patio and outdoor space.
