Updated kitchen with stainless appliances and granite tops complementing the custom cabinets.

"This was a very well-maintained, very clean historical home located in a residential section of town having similar homes. We were in town for a weekend football game, so didn't spend a lot of time in the house. However, while we were there, it was very comfortable and we would have liked to use more of its amenities (i.e., outdoor kitchen, etc.). Also, it's great that the owner allows pets as we brought our 2 small dogs with us. While it didn't bother us tremendously, the house is fairly close to a very busy road and must be close to a hospital or other emergency service as we heard numerous sirens over the 2 nights we were there. Overall, a great stay!!"

"Definitely the cutest airbnb I've ever stayed in. Very spacious and comfortable. Location was great! Walking distance to Starbucks and REI. Only 5-7 minutes by car to USC and the downtown area that has so many good restaurants/bars/shops. Communication with host was excellent. Highly recommend this one!"
